Our clients have a pool of capital they want to invest in a disciplined manner. They include:
- Persons requiring investment advice for lump sum payments such as settlement proceeds (insurance, inheritance, divorce, etc.).
- High net worth individuals.
- Business owners who seek investment advice for business sale proceeds.
- Pension funds, foundations, endowment funds, charities, and non-profit organizations.
Our Portfolio Managers are professionals who have achieved a high level of education and specific registrations that allow them to manage funds for clients on a discretionary basis. It is important that your Portfolio Manager share your investment goals and philosophy.
We work with each client to develop a set of rules (the “Investment Policy Guidelines”) by which your portfolio will be managed. These guidelines outline how much risk the portfolio is allowed to take, and your long-term goals. Discretionary management allows us to make day-to-day investment decisions on your portfolio within your approved guidelines. You receive full reporting that allows you to monitor your portfolio’s performance on a regular basis.
For clients with assets in excess of $1,000,000, funds are managed in segregated accounts. For clients with assets between $100,000 and $1,000,000, assets are internally managed through Adroit Funds. See our Portfolio page to learn more.
